This hotel is absolutely luxurious. the Spa centre is amazing with exclusive amenities such as a sauna, steam room and indoor/outdoor swimming pool. the Spa lounge was perfect for relaxing while waiting for my massage and the body scrub and wraps left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. the service by staff was top, notch, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. And the food! the restaurant offers delicious meals with a great selection of wines to choose from, leaving my taste buds fully satisfied.

The only negative experience was the cleanliness in the Spa. While the exclusive amenities were wonderful, some guests had not treated the facilities with the same respect, leaving it in a less, than, desirable state.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and parking available on site. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great indoor/outdoor pool and a fantastic wellness center. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and breakfast each morning was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

This resort exceeded our expectations. The wellness amenities were immense, staff friendly and helpful. The pool, massage, dinner, and live music were all highlights. The breakfast and dinner options were exceptional, with a wine tasting bar for dinner. Every detail was perfect and made us feel at home. We had an exceptional stay at our resort in the beautiful mountainous region of Northern Italy. the staff provided impeccable service, and the breakfast and dinner options were exceptional, with an extensive wine menu for the foodies. the spa facilities were fantastic and refreshing, with an indoor/outdoor pool and massages on offer.

Some guests could have done a better job of cleaning up after themselves in the spa, which put a slight damper on an otherwise perfect stay.

During my Easter holidays, I had an amazing experience at a mountain resort. The facilities were top-notch with plenty of wellness amenities to choose from and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was also ideal with beautiful views of the mountains and easy access to outdoor activities like hiking and skiing. I also enjoyed the variety of food options and the wine tasting bar that helped me pair my meals perfectly.

The cleanliness in the spa area, probably due to some guests' bad behavior. But this didn't affect my overall experience, as everything else was exceptional.
